Editorial Policy
Book Series
The ResearchCycles Book Series adheres to a rigorous editorial policy designed to ensure the academic integrity, methodological quality, and originality of all published content. All manuscripts submitted to the series must represent original, unpublished work that has not been simultaneously submitted to other publishers or journals.
Each volume and its chapters undergo an initial editorial evaluation to verify compliance with ethical and scientific standards, followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by two or more independent academic reviewers. The editorial decision—acceptance, revision, or rejection—is based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the evaluation of the Editorial Board.
The series applies strict criteria regarding authorship, data transparency, and conflict of interest disclosure. All authors are required to follow the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement of ResearchCycles Press, which is aligned with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The editorial team reserves the right to make style, format, and structure adjustments to ensure the consistency and professional presentation of all volumes. All accepted works are published under the Open Access model, with DOI assignment and long-term preservation in institutional repositories and international databases.
Individual Books
The ResearchCycles Individual Books line follows the same editorial principles applied to the Book Series, emphasizing scientific rigor, originality, and adherence to ethical standards. Submitted manuscripts must be original works derived from validated research processes and must include clear documentation of methodology, data, and bibliographic references.
Each book undergoes a two-stage evaluation process:
- Editorial Screening: verification of format, structure, ethical compliance, and thematic alignment.
- Peer Review: a double-blind assessment by at least two experts in the field.
The final decision is made by the Editorial Board, considering reviewers’ recommendations and the academic relevance of the work. Books may include both single-author monographs and edited volumes with multiple contributors, provided that all chapters meet uniform academic quality criteria.
The editorial process includes professional editing, formatting, and metadata assignment (ISBN, DOI, ORCID linkage). All books are published under the Open Access policy and distributed digitally through ResearchCycles Press and international academic platforms to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
