- Research involving human participants or animals must include ethical approval and informed consent.
2. Responsibilities of Reviewers
- Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially, avoiding any personal bias.
- They should identify relevant published work that has not been cited and alert the editor of any potential ethical concerns.
- Reviewers must not use unpublished material for personal research without explicit permission from the editor.
3. Responsibilities of Editors
- Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based solely on academic merit and relevance.
- Editors must ensure a fair, impartial, and timely peer review process and maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
- Editors must recuse themselves from decisions if they have conflicts of interest with any manuscript.
- In cases of suspected misconduct, editors will follow COPE’s recommended flowcharts to guide investigations and resolutions.
4. Responsibilities of the Publisher
- The publisher, Researchcycles Press, ensures that best practices in scholarly communication are upheld.
- The publisher supports the editorial independence of the journal and guarantees that editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial or financial factors.

- When necessary, the journal will issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern to maintain the scholarly record.
6. Data Transparency and Accessibility
- Authors are encouraged to make their data, code, and materials available in public repositories or upon request, provided that confidentiality and ethical constraints allow it.
